Initial Evaluation/Intake Session (60 minutes) - $110
Psychotherapy Session (60 minutes)- $85
Couples or Family Therapy Session - $110
Group Therapy Session (60 minutes) - $30
Tele-Therapy Sessions (Per 30 minutes)- $45
VSEE Video E-Therapy Sessions (Per 30 minutes) - $60
Clinical Services, Letters & Meetings
Letter on Behalf of Client (School, Work, Housing, Other) - $100
Clinical Report + Letter on Behalf of Client for Court - $140
Court Appearance on Behalf of Client - $160 per hour (Please note that court fees are non-refundable.)
Outside Office Appearance (Shadowing, IEP Meeting, Family Meeting, Other) - $100 per hour
LCSW Licensure Supervision - $150 per 60 minute session
Seminars & Diagnostic Testing
Co-Parenting Seminar (2 Hours) - $150 per participant
Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessment & Report (Brief Report) - $200
ADOS-2 Autism Diagnostic Evaluation & Report (Extended Report) - $450
Career Assessment Inventory & Report - $55
ADHD Conners Testing & Report - $150
Insurance Coverage Options
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. In addition to self pay options, I accept the following insurance plans:

Cash, check, and credit/debit cards are accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of session. If you choose to use your insurance, a claim will be filed by your therapist.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment OR if you were unable to provide 24 hours notice of your need to cancel, you will be required to pay a fee. The fee is required, as this appointment slot will not be able to be used for another client. Please note that late cancellation/no show fees are not covered by insurance and the client is responsible for payment.
